This indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) business model serves as the Command’s principal medium for acquiring contractor support services. There is no maximum dollar limitation on any task order, nor any minimum order amount assigned to the BPAs.

MCSC has established four functional domains within the CEOss contract vehicle. Skylla currently partners with Prime Vendors in the Engineering and Scientific Services (ES), Acquisition, Logistics and Administration (ALA) and Specialty Engineering (SE) domains.
