Gabriel Beltran, President & Chief Executive Officer
Gabe started Skylla Engineering in 2004.  He has 10 years of acquisitions, procurement and program management experience.  He is a PMP and holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering.  Gabe is a Retired U.S. Marine Corps Officer with 22 years of service.

John Postorino, Executive Vice President
John joined Skylla in 2008.  He is an acquisitions and project management certified professional with 10 years of IT acquisitions and procurement experience.  He holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics and a Masters Degree in Information Systems Technology.  John is a Retired U.S. Marine Corps Officer with 24 years of service.

 

Chuck Muizers, Chief Strategy Officer
Chuck joined Skylla in 2010.  He has more than 8 years of industry experience managing technology organizations in support of a diverse customer base including United States Air Force, Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Office of the Secretary of Defense, and the Department of Energy.  He is a Certified Enterprise Architect (CEA) and recognized expert in the areas of architectural based approaches to systems engineering. He has been published in multiple publications, and has been an invited speaker at national level forums including ASNE and DMSMS.  He holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. Chuck is a former Marine with 6 years of service.
